My Journey
Well-travelled. Close to the ground.
A journey shaped by crossing borders — geographical, cultural, and personal. Born in Germany, raised in Argentina, at home in five countries. Today I've arrived in South Tyrol — my heart's home.

Adventure
Eighteen months solo through Asia — by motorbike, public transport, on foot. Years leading youth groups in the German Alpine Club on climbing and high-altitude tours. Trust, clear communication, and sound judgement weren't optional — they were essential.
Career
From my first job in logistics — with projects for Miele and Gore-Tex — through leadership roles at SALEWA, Dainese, and ECCO to the decision to leave the safe path behind. From a 3-person outfit to a global family-owned corporation — with one exception, always in owner-managed structures.
